• Presentation of final results and feedbacks in connection with pilot implementation in each country; agreement on revision and adjustments if need

• Agreements on post-project cooperation between all parties involved at project, including associated partners

• Distribution of tasks, responsibilities and deadlines for follow-up activities for sustainable usage of all project outcomes in all countries but also all over Europe for next 3-5 years

• Participation of project group at multiplier event in DE

• Feedback to submission of half year reports III to each partner (especially concerning reporting and documentation of expenditures)

• Preparation for submission of final report

• Participate in final conference in Romania
